The company GenSoft LTD takes a very responsible approach to the protection of personal data of natural persons and has introduced a number of restrictive procedures regarding the collection, storage and use of the personal data of natural persons provided to us.
GenSoft develops and implements MoneyWorks business software for end customers - commercial companies and other legal entities.
It is extremely rare that the software is purchased by individuals, and therefore it is rarely necessary to process the personal data of individuals - customers.
Nevertheless, we notify each such customer of what personal data we wish to provide to us:
- Name and surname - for the purpose of issuing an invoice;
PIN(personal identification number) – for the purpose of issuing an invoice;
If we have a refusal, then 10 nines will be printed on the invoice;
- Address - for the purpose of issuing an invoice and if necessary for on-site technical support, to have information about the address of the object to be visited;
- Telephone - so that we can contact the customer in connection with the service of the software product;
- e-mail - to notify him of new promotions and functionalities in the program.
The information obtained from a given individual is used solely and only for the purposes specified above.
Each person registered in our database fills out a written declaration of consent for the provision of this information in connection with the above-mentioned purposes, which declaration is stored in the personal data protection department.

According to the adopted regulation EU 2016/679 for the protection of personal data GDPR, every individual has the right to be "forgotten", i.e. to wish to delete provided personal data.

After completing the request in question, it is necessary to send it scanned by e-mail to the office mail or by letter to a regional office of GenSoft.
Upon receipt within 72 hours, the necessary measures will be taken to remove the personal data in question from the GenSoft database.
